Does Microsoft still do in-person interviews?
Microsoft used to conduct in-person interviews, but the interview process has shifted primarily to virtual interviews in recent years. However, in-person interviews can still happen in some cases, depending on location, role, and COVID-19 protocols.
Virtual Interviews
Currently, most Microsoft interviews are conducted online through platforms like Microsoft Teams. This includes technical assessments, system design interviews, and behavioral questions.
In-Person Interviews
While rare, in-person interviews are possible, especially for local candidates or higher-level positions, but the majority remain virtual.
