How Long Does It Take to Hear Back After a Capital One Interview?

Interviews are conducted virtually on Zoom, and the recruiter sends the meeting details in advance. For technology roles the loop adds a CodeSignal test of about 70 minutes with four problems. After that comes Power Day, a single day of three or four back to back hour long rounds.

Does Capital One Send Rejection Emails?

Do not email four interviewers separately. One message to the recruiter is the right choice.
Can You Reapply, and How Soon?
Capital One's careers FAQ does not state a waiting period. It does state a limit on open applications. You can have up to five active US applications at a time.
Apply to a sixth and you get an automated message saying it cannot be reviewed. If a role was declined only for that limit, you can email the careers team and ask for it to be reactivated. Include the Job ID or requisition number in that email.
For a real rejection, many candidates wait about six months. Be honest about which part failed. If the CodeSignal score was the problem, more practice problems fix it.
If the case round was the problem, practice arithmetic out loud and finish with a clear recommendation.
What to Wear
Capital One states that its interviews are conducted virtually, on Zoom. The company tells candidates to bring a fully charged computer. It also tells them to find a quiet space with no distractions.
Follow both instructions literally. Capital One is a bank, so business casual is the safe choice on camera. A plain shirt or blouse works.
