How Long Does It Take to Hear Back After a Cohere Interview?
Cohere publishes no wait times, and public candidate reports are scarce. So there is no confirmed number for any single stage. What Cohere does publish is the shape of its process.
Cohere lists five steps. An application review comes first. Then a conversation with a recruiter.

Two published details help you plan. Cohere says it is happy to run interviews by video conference. It also says it tries to fit sessions to a schedule that suits you.
The take-home step is conditional. Cohere writes that you "may be asked" to complete one. So a longer gap after the recruiter call can simply mean a take-home is being prepared for you.
Does Cohere Send Rejection Emails?
Cohere publishes no rejection policy. It does not promise a reply to every applicant. It also does not say that silence means no.
Your recruiter is the person who gives you the answer. Ask for one directly instead of guessing from silence.
Feedback is not promised either. Cohere says nothing about round by round scores on its careers pages. Expect a decision, not a score for each interview.
One published rule is useful while you wait. Cohere says all real roles appear on its own careers page and on LinkedIn only. It says messages from its people come from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email address.
It also says it never asks for payment or for paid services such as CV writing. A message that does not match those rules is not from Cohere.
How to Follow Up
Wait five business days after an interview. Then send one short note to your recruiter.
Hi [name], thank you for the time on Thursday. I enjoyed the discussion about retrieval quality with the team. Could you tell me where my application stands and what the next step is? I am glad to send anything else that helps.
Send it once, and allow another week before a second note. Cohere names no owner of the timeline except your recruiter, so send both notes to that one person.
Can You Reapply, and How Soon?
Cohere publishes no waiting period. No candidate reports on this are available either.
About six months is the usual advice for a company of this size. A different team, a different level, or a new project of your own all help. Because Cohere posts roles on its careers page and on LinkedIn only, watch both.
If a take-home assignment was the step where you stopped, rebuild that project properly. It gives you something new to show next time.
What to Wear
Cohere says it is happy to run interviews by video conference. It does not say what share of its interviews use video. Ask your recruiter which of your rounds are online.
For a video round, wear a plain shirt in one solid color. Avoid thin stripes, because cameras render them poorly. Sit in a quiet room with light in front of you, not behind you.
Test your camera and microphone the day before. Keep a charger connected.
