Can You Reapply, and How Soon?
Nubank publishes a six month reapply rule. Its written selection process says that failing a stage does not end your chances with the company. You can work on the improvement points named in your feedback, then apply again after six months.

What to Wear
Candidates report that the stages run on video calls, including the pair programming session. Dress as you would for a normal work video call. A plain shirt is enough, and a suit looks out of place.
You will share your editor in the pair programming round. Test your camera, microphone, and screen sharing first. Onsite interview visits are not part of the reported process.
