Two facts explain most of the waiting. Offer approvals pass through several levels of management before the paper offer is written. And one job posting usually produces one hire, so other applicants on that posting wait until the chosen person accepts.

Does Oracle Send Rejection Emails?

Oracle does send rejection emails, but candidates report long delays. Several report no email at all after a late round.

Send at most one note per week. Two unanswered notes are enough. Keep interviewing elsewhere until the written offer arrives.

Can You Reapply, and How Soon?

Oracle does not publish a waiting period for a second application. Typical for companies of this size, not confirmed: wait about six months before you apply for a similar role again.

There is a practical exception. Oracle posts roles across many product lines, including cloud infrastructure, applications, and NetSuite.

A different posting is a new application with a different hiring manager. You can apply to it as soon as it opens.

What to Wear

Most Oracle rounds are video calls. Dress for a camera. One solid color looks better on camera than a busy pattern.
