Agents in Production
1. What Changes When It Is Not One Call
An agent is a system where a model decides what to do next, calls something, sees the result, and decides again, until it stops.
The demo of this is impressive and the production version is hard, and the gap has a precise cause. A single model call is a stateless function with one failure mode. A loop is a distributed workflow with state, partial failure and no fixed duration. Everything this course says about those applies, and most of it has to be applied deliberately because the frameworks do not do it for you.
