Choosing an Architecture Pattern

An architecture pattern gives a team a common way to organize code. It does not decide every important part of the design.

In an interview, first explain the state and responsibilities. Then choose a pattern that makes those decisions easy to implement and test.

Understand what the pattern separates

Several patterns use similar words in different ways. Describe the actual responsibilities instead of assuming the interviewer uses the same definitions.
