Presenting a Past Project

A past-project discussion asks you to explain a system you know well. The interviewer needs to understand the problem, your contribution, the decisions you made, and what happened afterward.

You do not need to choose the largest project. Choose one where you can explain important details and separate your work from the team's work.

Choose a Project With Evidence

Work projects, personal apps, and academic projects can all provide useful material. State the context accurately. A prototype tested by classmates is not a production service used by thousands of customers.
