  • C4 model: A way of drawing a software system at four levels of detail, created by Simon Brown: system context, container, component and code.
  • Person: In C4, a human who uses the system, such as a customer or a courier.
  • Software system: In C4, the highest-level element: something that delivers value to its users, such as the food-delivery platform or the payment provider.
