Connecting Redux to Your React Application

The store from the previous lesson printed every new state to the console, but a console message is not a user interface. To show the to-dos on the screen, React components need two abilities: reading values from the store and re-rendering when those values change, and dispatching actions when the user does something. The react-redux package provides both, through one component, Provider, and two hooks, useSelector and useDispatch.
