Accessing Camera & Image Picker

A courier who adds an existing photo from the gallery and a courier who scans a parcel label both need the camera or the photo library, but your app does very different work in each case. For the first, your app opens a system screen and waits for a result. For the second, the live camera picture sits inside your own screen, and your code receives what the camera sees.
