Setting Up Redux Toolkit in a React Native App

Three new files and one changed file are all a counter needs to run on Redux Toolkit. The counter is small on purpose, because the goal here is the wiring between the files. When you finish, your project will look like this:

MyFirstApp/
  App.js                 changed: wraps the app in Provider
  CounterScreen.js       new: reads the count and sends actions
  redux/
    counterSlice.js      new: the state and its reducers
    store.js             new: the store

The folder name redux is only a choice, and you can organize these files differently.
