Step 2: Clarify and Define Requirements

Functional Requirements

Step 1 named the entities the system stores: users, events, calendars, invitations, rooms, availability, and notifications. Step 2 turns that list into a concrete set of features. The diagram below groups them into the scheduling tasks the service has to cover.

Event creation and editing. Users create events on their calendar, each with a title, a time, a duration, a location or room, and a description. They can edit or cancel an event later
