Kafka Delivery Semantics: [At-least-once] "Thus, duplicate message delivery could happen in such a scenario."
how is the duplicate message delivery happening? If the consumer crashes, I just need to just send the same message to the consumer again. Correct?
Can you please throw some light on how this is different from "Exactly-once"?

In "At-least-once" broker will redeliver? and in "Exactly-once" consumer needs to reread. ???

yes, the consumer might have committed the message, i.e. into DB but failed to send ack to the broker => then the broker resend the message and the consumer commit the repeated message again, causing the duplicate message
