Frame the Problem: The Funnel Transfers

"Design Instagram's feed" or "design LinkedIn's feed" sounds like a brand-new problem. It is not.

You already have the shape from the recommendation funnel. A stage pulls candidates, a ranker scores hundreds of them, and a rule layer sits on top.
