1. The Form, and Why It's Rising

Module 1 called it form 5: "here is our design; tell us what's wrong." It is the fastest-growing AI interview form, because it maps to the job as it actually exists. Most teams are not green-fielding anything. They are inheriting the RAG pilot someone shipped in a hurry, and the engineer who can diagnose it is the one who gets hired. It is also the hardest form to fake. Recall produces designs. Only real understanding produces critique.
