The problem statement feels a bit ambiguous to me, and the examples aren't helping me. Does the substring need to have at least the same number of occurrence for each alphabet that was used in the pattern, or just once for each alphabet?

For example, if the pattern was "abbc", does the substring need to have 2 or more "b"s, or just one or more?

Yes, it should have every occurrence of every character. We will add an example to clarify that. Thanks for pointing that out.
