Things to Avoid During System Design Interview

Most candidates who fail a system design interview do not fail because they lacked knowledge. They fail because of how they spent the time, or because of something they said that they did not need to say.

The mistakes below are organised by when they happen, because almost all of them are tied to a particular phase of the interview.

In the First Five Minutes
