1. How This Capstone Works

This capstone ships the store's assistant for real: five million users, B2B partners embedding it, money on the meter: and it runs a second test underneath the first. The module intro claimed that nothing in the AI stack is architecturally new. So at every stage, alongside the usual prompt, we keep a tally: which old module is doing the work. If the claim holds, the finished design should be mostly assembled from earlier modules.

At each stage, stop at the "pause and diagnose" prompt and make the calls before reading on.
