1. How This Capstone Works

The previous seven lessons introduced seven ways to move data, and this capstone combines them in one design.

Communication patterns are not sequential steps. Choose a pattern separately for every arrow in the architecture.

A notification system exercises every communication direction in this module: facts enter, jobs move through queues, calls reach external providers, and webhooks return delivery status. Streams update browsers, while enterprise deliveries cross company boundaries.
