How Long Does It Take to Hear Back After an Airbnb Interview?

Name one Core Values moment in your note if you have one. The people who run those rounds also join the debrief, so a specific detail is read by more than one of them.

Can You Reapply, and How Soon?

Airbnb does not publish a waiting period. Candidates report that recruiters suggest applying again in six or twelve months.

A different role can be faster. A rejection for one team does not stop you applying to another, and Airbnb hires for many role types.
