8. Describe a technical disagreement with a teammate. How was it resolved? Show that you argued from data and accepted the result. Naming what the other person got right is a good sign.

- Situation. "Our inspection robot froze mid-mission about once per week. Logs showed nothing at the software level."
- Task. "I owned the autonomy stack and had to find the cause before a customer pilot."
- Action. "I reproduced the freeze with a scripted mission loop. I ruled out the planner, then found the pattern: freezes followed voltage dips. A failing power board reset the sensor bus, and our driver never recovered."
- Result. "We replaced the board and added a driver recovery path. The robot then ran three weeks of missions with zero freezes."
The structure matters: layers ruled out one at a time, then a fix at both the hardware and software level.
