What is DocuSign format?

DocuSign supports a wide array of file formats to facilitate seamless electronic signing and document management. This flexibility ensures that users can work with their preferred document types without compatibility concerns.

Note: DocuSign does not support files with password protection enabled. To send such files, remove the security settings before uploading.

File Size Limitations:

• Individual File Limit: Each document uploaded to an envelope can be up to 25 MB.
• Recommended Size: For optimal performance, it's advisable to keep individual files under 5 MB.
• Completed Document Delivery: If the final document exceeds 5 MB, it won't be attached directly to the completion email. Instead, recipients will receive a link to download the document.
