How Long Does It Take to Hear Back After a Roblox Interview?

Does Roblox Send Rejection Emails?

Roblox publishes no rejection policy, and the candidate reports split. Some get an email from the recruiter within days of a round. Others report no reply at all after the two hour assessment.

Expect no written feedback either. The reports describe no round by round notes being shared, not even from the Bar Raiser round.

Ask your recruiter once. A recruiter who ran your whole loop will sometimes tell you which round was weak.

Send one short email to your recruiter. Wait five business days after a screen. Wait seven business days after the Bar Raiser round.

Hi [name], thank you for the time on [day]. I enjoyed the design discussion about session placement and matchmaking. Could you tell me where my application stands and what the next step is? I am happy to wait if the team needs more time.

Send it once. If nothing comes back in another week, send one more note. After that, treat the role as closed and keep applying.

Can You Reapply, and How Soon?

Roblox does not publish a reapply rule. Candidates do not report a fixed waiting period either. Six months is the usual advice for a company of this size.

Two things help a second attempt. Build something on the platform, even a small experience, so you have real work to discuss.

Then prepare the real time topics the design rounds use, such as state replication and matchmaking.

What to Wear

The early rounds are on video. The recruiter screen, the assessment, and the phone screen are all remote.

Wear a plain shirt in one solid color. Avoid thin stripes and shiny fabric, because cameras render them badly. Test your camera, microphone, and lighting before the call.

Expect an office visit as well. Roblox has an in office policy, and the recruiter checks it in the first call.

For an onsite, wear business casual and clean shoes. Arrive about fifteen minutes early. A suit is not expected.
