It states offices in Palo Alto and Tel Aviv. The apply button opens an Ashby job board. Nothing on the site describes rounds, levels, or a coding platform.

Does Safe Superintelligence (SSI) Send Rejection Emails?

No public account confirms a standard rejection email. Silence after a cold application is the common report. That is normal for a lab with a small recruiting team and a short list of roles.

Detailed feedback is very unlikely here. A lab this size does not run a feedback process. If you reach a real conversation, ask at the end what would make you a stronger candidate later.

The better rule is based on results rather than time. Apply again when you can point to something new, such as a published paper or a system you shipped.

A second attempt works best through a person. Find someone who can speak for your work and ask for an introduction. Cold reapplication to the same board rarely changes the outcome.

What to Wear

The first conversations are on video. Wear a plain shirt in one solid color. Keep the background plain and the room quiet.

Research conversations run long, so sit somewhere you can think for an hour.

Onsite meetings would be in Palo Alto or Tel Aviv. Wear clean casual clothes. Research labs dress casually, and a suit is not expected.
