How Long Does It Take to Hear Back After a Sprinklr Interview?

Candidates report about two to four weeks from the online assessment to a final answer. One report describes a shortlist email roughly three days after the assessment. Campus drives run much faster, and results between rounds are often announced the same day.

Reports collected on review sites place the average process near two weeks across all roles. After the final round the reports split: some candidates hear within a week, while others describe long silence, including one who waited several weeks for paperwork after a positive result.

Timeline by Stage

StageTypical waitWhat is happening
Application to assessmentNot reliably reportedA recruiter screens resumes and sends the test link
Assessment to first interviewAbout three days to one week reportedScores are ranked and a shortlist is prepared
Between technical roundsSame day on campus, a few days otherwiseEach round eliminates, so the next is booked only after a pass
After the bar raiser roundNot reliably reportedNotes from every round are compared
After the fitment roundAbout a week reported, sometimes longerThe offer is prepared and approved internally

Does Sprinklr Send Rejection Emails?

On campus the answer is immediate, because shortlists are announced in batches after each round. Off campus the reports differ. Some candidates receive a clear rejection email, and others receive nothing after a round that seemed to go well.

Detailed feedback is rare, and candidates who do receive a reason report only a short one. Recruiters generally confirm a decision when asked directly, so a polite email is worth sending. Treat two weeks of silence as a reason to follow up rather than as a confirmed rejection.

How to Follow Up

Send a short email to your recruiter if a week passes with no update. Keep it factual and easy to answer.

"Hello [name], thank you again for arranging my technical round for the Product Engineer role on [date]. I am writing to ask whether there is an update on the next step. I remain very interested in the team and am happy to share anything else that would help. Thank you for your time."

Send this once after a week, and once more after another week. A third message is unlikely to change the result.

Can You Reapply, and How Soon?

Sprinklr does not publish a waiting rule that candidates report. Typical for companies of this size, though not confirmed here, is a wait of about six months before a new application for the same kind of role. A different role or a different team is usually treated as a fresh application.

Candidates who clear the assessment but fail a later round should keep practicing, because the assessment stage must be repeated. If a recruiter contacted you first, ask them directly when you may apply again, since that answer is authoritative.

What to Wear

Most Sprinklr interviews happen over video, and candidates most often report Microsoft Teams as the meeting tool. A plain shirt in a solid color works well on camera. Check your lighting and your background before the call, and use a wired connection or a strong signal if you can.

For an office round, business casual is the safe choice: a collared shirt and plain trousers. Campus candidates should follow whatever their placement cell specifies, because that rule applies to the drive.

What to Do While You Wait

Keep applying elsewhere until you hold a written offer. Silence at Sprinklr is common enough that a paused search is a real risk. Use the waiting period to prepare the next round rather than to reread the last one. If a recruiter gave you a date, note it, and follow up the day after it passes.
